Grace Katherine Weatherford joined our family on December 8, 2012 (two weeks early) at 7 pounds, 7 ounces and 19 inches. We are thrilled to have another beautiful girl! Here are some pictures of her arrival and first few weeks.

We are hoping to have Mae out of diapers before the new baby arrives. Today is day eight of potty training and she has about an 80% success rate.

Big Sister

Mae is going to be a big sister! We are expecting our second baby late December. We talk about the baby a lot, but Mae seems to have retained only that the baby is hiding in Mama's belly and the doctor will take it out at Christmas. Works for us!

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year

Eve of the Eve in Glenview, Christmas Eve and day in Chicago and then on to Beaumont...Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles and Santa were all very good to Mae. In Texas she received her first, but surely not her last, tennis racquet and liked sitting in the wooden chair made years ago by Brian's Uncle Mark. She now loves to say "sit."
